End of school BASH!

You remember how exciting it was to get out of school for the summer? We do! Residents of all ages will have so much fun at this event. You will need your staff to help with this event or if you are short staffed, just ask a few residents ahead of time if they would be able to help. What to rent: bounce house, folding tables and chairs if you don't already have plentiful outdoor seating. We have ours in the largest courtyard so seating is also available around the pool and at the grilling tables and we have an additional 15-20 folding chairs. Some residents even bring a picnic blanket to sit on. We use 2-3 folding tables, one for the food, and the others for residents to sit and eat. Even a DJ if you have the budget. We usually just bring out a large CD player for music. What to buy: FOOD - Hot dogs, burgers, buns drinks and chips. Don't forget the utensils, plates, napkins, etc. and other typical BBQ furnishings. It's a fun cookout that's also easy to handle. FUN STUFF - We also play field day type games such as Potato Sack Race, Egg Toss and even have a Bake Walk. We have small door prizes to give out that were donations from local companies. Set up time is approx. one hour. Bounce House inflates in about 15 minutes and WILL NEED A POWER SOURCE! Don't forget to plan ahead and know where you can plug it in. :) Have one person per grill and have the food cooking 30 minutes before the party starts so food is ready. You can even add a theme such as Luau or Pool Party. Make it fun, memorable and just have a great time with it!
