Summer Blase
Written by Summer Blase  On  July 28, 2021   1763   0
On Saturday we celebrated The Arlington’s 5th birthday! We hosted quite the event with an exotic petting zoo, bounce house, ice cream truck, food and drinks. We had over 300 people stop by to celebrate with us between residents, vendors and Trinity team members. It was a huge hit and we loved being able to give back to our community! I am so proud of my team pulling this together and helping plan this the last 3 months to be one of the best events that the residents in our community will remember! If you could give our Tik Tok some love we would appreciate it ❤️ @thearlingtonapartments Thank you to all of our residents, vendors, and team for making this event so amazing! #trinitypm #thearlington #propertymanagement #fyp #stlouis #mo ♬ Feels Like Summer - Samuel Jack ...

Foam Pit Dance Party
Do you want to try something new, fun, and extreme for your next community event? A foam pit is a great way to cool off this summer that is sure to attract a crowd! You can never go wrong with inflatable attractions on your community. It can also be fun to experiment with different types of inflatable attractions. Check out the video below for a glimpse of the fun! This event calls for approximately 30 by 30 feet of free space to fit your giant 25 square foam pit party! Foam pits in your area may vary in size and price. Most rental companies rent the inflatable pit separately from the machine. So if your community is short on funds, you can also rent only the foam-machine without the pit! ...

For this event, you’ll require many water balloons depending on the number of participants. We suggest purchasing something like this gadget to help you fill up 100 water balloons at once! It’s only $10. You can also enlist the help of staff and volunteers to make sure you‘re well-stocked up before your event begins. Minute-to-Win-It Bigfoot Game (with Water Balloons) Image source: Get Your Holiday On The first activity planned for the event is a Bigfoot game with water balloons. Bounce House and Inflatables Day
Get ready! Your community’s children (and parents) are sure to love this event! Arranging a bounce house and other inflatables offers a day full of joy for your youngest community residents. Inflatables are every child’s dream! Select a Theme + Invite Popular Kids’ Characters We suggest picking a theme for the event to make it more fun. Ask parents to vote for the characters their children like best and then invite characters and rent inflatable bounce houses in that theme! Also, invite popular costumed kids’ characters to the event. You can even keep papers handy as some children might want to get autographs from their favorite characters. Planning the Event Once you decide your theme, find a nice shady location for the event. This way the inflatable attractions...

Hide and Seek in the Dark
Want a night event with a wild and creepy vibe? Plan some games of hide and seek in the dark! For this event, you’ll only need enthusiastic participants and heavy darkness. To make the event most fun, plan it as an outdoor activity. ***TIP*** Give prizes to residents or teams who manage to stay hidden the longest! Variations of the Game While simply playing hide and seek in the dark can be fun, there are also some variations you can add to make hide and seek in the dark even more exciting. Flashlight Tag To play this version, you’ll need to designate a space as your home base. Select one resident to be “it.” This person will count to thirty while everyone else hides. The person who is “it” flashes their light around...
