Rock On!
Today myself and my team painted rocks for our residents with little hidden surprise message under each one..We will be giving out gift cards to any lucky resident that finds them.. the catch is that who ever finds the rock will need to take a selfie with the rock and tag the community and post it on their social media to claim their gift card to either Starbucks or Target.. we will be doing the same thing for our prospects by offering them move in incentives as well.. just trying something a little different to market the community and boost our social media exposure! Might as well jump on the painted rock trend and promote promote promote!! Lol #brevardrocks #volusiarocks #paintedrocks

Teddy Bear Picnic - Teddy’s Day Out!
It’s time to celebrate National Picnic Month, and more specifically Teddy Bear Picnic Day on the 10th of July. We’ve planned an event for your community residents to come out and celebrate the day as a family. The fun of it is – everyone brings along a teddy bear as a guest of honor! Planning the Event Select an appropriate location for the community residents to gather – a community park or grassy area is the perfect place where residents can feel they’re out on a picnic. Residents should also be informed whether it will be organized as a potluck, or if they’ll need to bring their own picnic. This way they can prepare their dishes in advance. ***TIP*** Any prepared food, cookies, and snacks can be cut into...

Let Your Spirit Soar – Come Fly a Kite!
Summer is at its peak – and everybody is looking to spend some enjoyable time outdoors in the long, breezy evenings. We have a perfect event planned for this week. Community residents can lighten up for an evening full of kite fun! For the event - you could buy kites, have resident’s bring their own, or arrange a pre-event activity for making DIY kites. We definitely suggest letting the residents create their own kites – as it would be exciting for the people to see their self-made kites soaring high. DIY kites For a DIY kite making session, you will need some large sturdy plastic bags (or plastic sheeting), dowels, scissors, tape, and a yardstick. Most of these things are easily available in every home....
